Make a BookingBrushing
Brushing your teeth is an integral part of any oral health routine.
- Brush twice a day to remove food debris and prevent plaque build up
- Brush your tongue too! This helps to remove bacteria and freshen your breath
- Use a soft bristled brush that easily fits in your mouth
- Place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angel to the teeth and brush up and down using gentle, short strokes
- Make sure you brush all your teeth, paying careful attention to the ones all the way up the back. These can be easy to miss
- Clean the outer tooth surfaces, inner tooth surfaces and chewing surfaces of your teeth
- Replace your brush once the bristles become frayed or worn. This will be around every three months
- Follow brushing your teeth with flossing and then rinse with mouthwash
