+ Brush twice a day to remove food debris and prevent plaque build up.
+ Brush your tongue too! (this helps remove bacteria and freshen your breath).
+ Use a soft bristled brush that fits easily in your mouth.
+ Place the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the teeth and brush back and forth using gentle, short strokes.
+ Clean the outer tooth surfaces, inner tooth surfaces and the chewing surfaces of your teeth.
+ Replace your brush once the bristles become frayed or worn. This would be around every 3 months.
